- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Client, including late approvals or changes in project scope.
- Any modifications to the project must be requested in writing.
- Changes may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
- The Company reserves the right to decline changes that conflict with the original agreement.
- The Company guarantees the quality of workmanship for a period of 20+ years from project completion.
- Any defects arising from poor workmanship will be addressed at no additional cost within the warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.
- The Company is fully insured for liability related to construction work.
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, undetected damages, or Client-provided materials that fail over time.
- The Client agrees to hold the Company harmless against claims arising from hazards not disclosed before the start of work.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill contractual obligations.
- The Client remains responsible for payment of completed work and any materials purchased.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if unsafe conditions or uncooperative behavior from the Client prevents work from proceeding.
